Returns
Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 10 days of receiving. Accessories and sale items are final sale. All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit.

All online returns/exchanges will be issued as a store credit that can be used in store or online at the Monkee's of Myrtle Beach location. Please note, all Monkee's are individually owned and operated and all exchanges or returns must be done at the Monkee's of Myrtle Beach location.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping
We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $8.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.

*PLEASE NOTE* Any order that was shipped for free, and is later returned will be subject to a $5 shipping charge taken from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited two day shipping within the U.S for a flat rate fee of $15. Please select expedited shipping at checkout. Orders submitted Monday - Friday by 2pm EST will ship the same day.
No Overnight Shipping is offered at this time.
